Swimming, Volleyball, badminton, hiking...etc, Don'tbe surprised,
these are all the LITTLE girl Claire likes to do! Indonesia, Thailand,
USA, France, Germany, Switzerland, Finland...etc, Yes, traveling
always freshes my life up. Working hard, smiling loud, sometimes
just like a kid, that's me!!! Now, you can come closer!

After graduating from university in 1996, how lucky I am to get
a chance to work in Darmstadt,
Germany by AIESEC 
exchange project "ITEP". So far, it's one of the happiest
time in my life, for having friends accompanying me like my family,
for having the best colleagues in DPAG
 ,
for having the chance to travel around in Europe during the year.
Due to all these, I gained 12 kg. in 3 months after I arrived Germany!!
What a magic!!
Carrying tons of memory, I came back to Taiwan by end of 1997 and
joined Pristine Communications

as Project Manager for web and localization
projects. Nice people, great environment, and many learning opportunities
keep me staying 3.5 years. Though the job keeps me busy, I still can't
forget how much fun it is to teach English in Sesame Street, 
for the very cute kids and interesting materials. So I can't help
keeping 4 hours class teaching per week during the time with Pristine.

With all the computer skills and internet
knowledge I have learned from Pristine, I carried on to Siemens as
Product PM for Siemens Mobile Phone Taiwan
.The experience of introducing Siemens mobile phones to Taiwan from
2001 to 2004, acting as
interface to media, launching new
Siemens mobile phone B2C portal, value
added service download portal, dealer's B2B portal....etc., becomes
the most valuable assets to me. And most important of all is, all
the great friends I have made during these years. |
And it seems that evreything is planned that by the time I needed
to do my master thesis, BenQ Corp. announced to acquire Siemens Mobile
headquartered in Munich, hence, I joined the new company BenQ Mobile
GmbH & Co. OHG  with
master thesis of BenQ Siemens Mobile M&A , and officially employed
as pricing manager in global pricing office.This one year integration
has been real experience to witness "The East meets the West"
in business world, there's a great deal of change management, conflict
management, business integration...etc. Though the M&A case failed
in the end, but with the opportunity to participate this deal and
absorb the experience and lessons, I'm more than ready to step into
the next chapter in my life. |
